Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Policy

Our return and refund policy varies depending on the type of product purchased. Some items are eligible for returns, while personal care and hygiene products follow a separate policy for safety reasons, as outlined below.


Return-Eligible Products

For products that are eligible for return, we offer a 15-day return window, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase may be required

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the item and reason for return.


Damages, Defects & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 15 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • Your order is lost in transit
  • You receive the wrong item

We will review each case and provide an appropriate solution based on the product category, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Hygiene & Personal Care Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, personal care, beauty, and ritual products are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. Once a product has left our facility, we are unable to verify handling or storage conditions.

If a hygiene or personal care product is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

This policy allows us to protect the safety of all our customers while ensuring you receive your order as intended.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for return-eligible products that meet the conditions outlined above.

Hygiene and personal care products are not eligible for exchanges and will only be replaced in cases of damage, defect, or loss during shipping.


Refunds
